WRESTLING SECTIONAL INFORMATION Date: Saturday, January 31 Location: Elkhart High School-Main Campus (formerly Memorial) 2608 California Road, Elkhart Teams: Concord, Elkhart, Fairfield, Goshen, Jimtown, Northridge, NorthWood, and Wawasee Time Schedule: 7:00 am Doors open for teams 7:30 am Weigh-in 8:00 am Doors open for spectators 8:45 am Coaches’ meeting 9:00 am Wrestling begins Entrance: All fans will enter through door #12 (located on the west side of the building). Admission: Adults: $8.00; Preschool: Free (Price set by the IHSAA). Fans may purchase tickets at the door with cash only. Pre-sale tickets are $8.85 at: https://public.eventlink.com/tickets?t=169943 Concessions: There will be a concession stand open throughout the day with a variety of items available. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: • Matches will proceed on a first available mat basis. The required 30 minutes of rest between matches will be adhered to. • Three (3) mats will be used. • All rounds will begin with the 106 lb. weight class. Tournament Rounds: Round 1—All weight classes Round 2—Losers/Winners Bracket Round 3—Losers wrestle back Round 4—Finals Awards: 1st through 6th place finishers will receive a ribbon. A trophy shall be presented to the championship team. Advancement: The top four placers in each weight class will advance to the regional at Goshen High School on February 7.
